Message to Nova Bus customers regarding COVID-19 (Updated on April 16)

Dear Valued Customers,

As the circumstances surrounding this global health crisis continue to evolve rapidly, we are actively working to support you and put in place proactive measures for you and our employees during this unprecedented time. As an important member of the Prevost and Nova Bus families, we appreciate your partnership and the trust you place in us to provide you with the best experience.

The health and safety of our customers, employees, suppliers and all stakeholders remain our priority during this exceptional situation. Our crisis management committee continues to deploy extraordinary measures to ensure we continue to meet your needs.

Please rest assured that we will continue to communicate with you regularly to keep you informed. Our communications lines remain open via phone and email. We also invite you to check  our website and social media channels frequently where we will post pertinent information. We pride ourselves in offering the best service coverage, and assure you we will continue to do so over these challenging times.

 

Manufacturing activities.

In accordance with Quebec government directives, Nova Bus is required to restrict its activities to the strict minimum permitted by the authorities and must maintain the suspension of the majority of its operations at its Quebec facilities located in St-Eustache and St-François-du-Lac until May 4, 2020.

With respect to our operations at our Plattsburgh, New York facility, we will be taking over certain activities in the near future.

 

Service Centers
Currently all Prevost Service Centers remain open in North America but we recommend you check before coming to one of our service centres as this is a very dynamic situation. We are also continuing to deploy our Mobile Service Units.

We are taking extra measures to frequently sanitize high-touchpoint areas, and encouraging team members to practice safe social-distancing, refrain from shaking hands, and wear a mask when possible.

Parts supply
Our shipping and receiving locations are all open. We are closely monitoring our supply chain as in some part of the world they are starting to face critical manufacturing challenges.

All levels of our organization remain committed to meeting your needs as this situation evolves.
In closing, we want to assure you that we remain vigilant in monitoring developments in order to take appropriate actions in relation to health and wellness, supply chain and production. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be currently facing and will keep you updated should the situation change.
