Message to Nova Bus customers regarding COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers,

As an important member of the Prevost and Nova Bus families, we appreciate your partnership and the trust you place in us to provide you with the best experience. As the circumstances surrounding this global health crisis progress, our thoughts and well wishes are with those affected by the outbreak of the coronavirus, COVID-19.

The health and safety of our customers, employees, suppliers and all stakeholders is of the utmost importance to us. In order to do our part to support the containment efforts, we have set up a crisis committee that is deploying extraordinary measures to ensure we continue to meet and exceed your needs in these extraordinary times.

 

Our communications lines remain open and we will keep you informed:

We remain available to you via phone and email. Please consult our website and social media channels frequently where we will post pertinent information. We pride ourselves in offering the best service coverage, and assure you we will continue to do so over these challenging times.

 

Manufacturing activities:

We are monitoring closely our production and supply based activities and we will inform you of any changes.

For the protection of our visitors and employees, we have restricted the number of visitors, and are holding meetings via phone or video conference when possible. Additional precautionary measures, such as using designated areas or accommodating one customer at a time, are taken for vehicle inspection or specification meetings when these activities are necessary.

 

Prevost Service Centers:

Currently all Prevost Service Centers remain open but please check ahead as this is a very dynamic situation.

We are also continuing to deploy our Mobile Service Units.

We are taking extra measures to frequently sanitize high-touchpoint areas, and encouraging team members to practice safe social-distancing, refrain from shaking hands, and wear gloves when possible.

Parts supply:

Our warehousing locations, shipping and receiving are all open. We are closely monitoring our supply chain as in some part of the world they are starting to face critical manufacturing challenges.

We remain vigilant in monitoring developments in order to take appropriate actions in relation to health and wellness, supply chain and production.
