Nova Bus is taking ownership of its commercial business and wants to support its Transit customers in a broader and devoted way.

Since October 1st 2021, Nova Bus has transformed its structure supporting transit customers for parts sales, bids, warranty and customer service with the launch of a dedicated Nova Bus Customer Assistance Center.

As part of the Volvo family, Prevost and Nova Bus are partnering through this change. Employees who were previously supporting transit customers at Prevost have joined the Nova Bus team to make this change seamless for you, our customer. Prevost remains a key player in your customer experience as they will continue to manage the distribution and invoicing of the parts, as well as providing the service center networks.

This positive change brings additional focus on Nova Bus customers and is an opportunity for synergies, growth, and a stronger connection with you.
